Our Approach

Our approach is structured around three key phases: Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction. During Pre-Construction, we handle due diligence, design development, permitting, and value engineering to ensure every project is set up for success. In Construction, we oversee execution with hands-on project management, quality control, and cost discipline. Post-Construction, we manage punch lists, warranty coordination, and unit delivery to ensure a seamless handoff.

20+ years in asset and wealth management. Led Private Banking at Leumi Private Bank Switzerland. Founded EffegiIniziative, focused on restoring historic buildings in Ticino.

EMANUELE TABET

Construction Advisor

ETH Zurich–trained civil engineer with international construction experience. Founder of Ing. Emanuele Tabet Sagl and Recentor SA, specializing in construction consultancy and historic building renovation.

ALESSIA PERINI

Principal Architect & Designer

Architect and lead designer graduated from the Politecnico of Milan. She has worked on high-end residential and retail projects, collaborating with Molteni, Battaglia, Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Tiffany & Co., Gallotti & Radice, and Pianca.

LUCA PERINI

Architect & Designer

A Politecnico di Milan graduate, he is known for clean lines and timeless design across architecture, yachts, and interiors, with furniture showcased at major international fairs since 2006.
